Vista
was
built in 2002 and is located on the
lower slope of a prestigious urbanisation on the edge of the village of
Benitachell.
Benitachell, is situated approximately half way between Alicante and
Valencia, both of which have a major airport. Both airports are
easily accessible and are around a one hour drive away.
Benitachell is a traditional Spanish village, much of which retains it's
original charm. The village square, the church (a lovely sight from
the villa when lit up at night) and many of the houses remain unaltered.
Developments which have taken place are tasteful and are on the outskirts
of the village.
The beautiful coastal resorts of Javea and Moraira and the traditional
Spanish town of Teulada are all just a ten minute drive away.
Heading South the larger and busier town of Calpe, with it's amazing fish
port and fish restaurants, is about a fifteen minute drive. Benidorm
is around a twenty minute drive. Going North are the towns of
Denia, Oliva and Gandia. They are approximately twenty to thirty
minutes away. As you go north you will find that the towns are more
traditional Spanish working towns or mainly Spanish holiday resorts.
